     Go into system settings and make sure Airplane Mode is turned off, Click BT (bluetooth). Make sure Blue Tooth  turned on,  and you disconnected from any other device like a bluetooth speaker , make sure you see your MaxiFlash VCI listed and that it matches your VCI numbers on back and not your co-worker's VCI
